Three years ago today we started this blog with the idea that we could share our perspective from experiences had while buying and rehabbing old buildings. With reuse and material upcycling gaining momentum on television and in social media we are glad to be among those who have been practicing what we preach for many years.

Now we have new goals, new ways to use our education and experience while also still taking on our own projects. Goals to work together in order to better serve clients.

In the coming months, we plan to focus heavily on real estate, offer design consultation and service, and dabble in a retail market for specially curated items. What this all looks like will be market driven and the services outlined allow us to have that flexibility. We are so excited! Stick around, this might get good.
